I've been taking my 2002 Honda Civic (199,786 miles) to Courtesy Honda for it's regular maintenance and service since 2006. My husband and I are very happy with the level of service that we receive. We've been working with Travis Bussin for a few years now, and we both feel that he's very professional and honest with us about any concerns we have about the Civic. Travis is friendly, and very customer service oriented. We also appreciate that he understands that we have a budget we need to work with. He gives his recommendations about the priority of service our vehicle needs, based on its mileage and our budget. I've always been very happy working with Travis Bussin, and will go back to see him again unless we move out of the area. I would also definitely recommend the Courtesy Honda Service Department because I've always had a positive experience during every visit. More

This is our second time purchasing a vehicle here at Courtesy Honda in Sanford with Leon Mason. The first time was such a great experience we refused to do business with anyone else. We were uncertain o Courtesy Honda in Sanford with Leon Mason. The first time was such a great experience we refused to do business with anyone else. We were uncertain of what we wanted to purchase the day we walked in to Courtesy but we knew as the day progressed and Leon took his time to assist us and go over each vehicle we were showing interest in, that we were in the right place! The entire staff that day was amazing. We had our 9 year old daughter with us and as you know car shopping with a kid can be difficult but she had an awesome time with your friendly staff at the front desk, making sure we all had water and a snacks and we were comfortable. They treated us like family. This is unheard of in the car sales business at least it was unheard of to me! We left very happy customers that day and I would absolutely recommend business to friends and family members as I have already. As soon as I arrived home that evening I posted it in both of my social media networks in which I have a huge following just to express my gratitude and recommend business. Sam in finance also created an overall great experience for us when it was time to sign on the dotted line. He made sure we understood everything we were reading signing and even saved us additional money on something we had no clue we had access to! This dealership has always been top shelf for customer care and you can't ask for more than that. My car is in for all it's scheduled maintenance and the few unexpected things that crop up. The service advisers seem to greet you on sight whether you are appointed with them or someone else. They listen to your concerns, explain what can be done and get your servicing started. Today, Travis Bussin was my service adviser and he took care of all my concerns and eased my mind about something that was no issue at all and even took time test drive with me and my wife. I thought he was very good at what he does. That's not to say the others are less in responding because they too have treated me just as well. Today was a day that needed this note to say Thank You Courtesy. More
