I have been a customer of Courtsey Honda for over 10 years and recently purchased my 3rd Honda from them. Service beyond the purchase is extremely important to me and that's what I have received from th years and recently purchased my 3rd Honda from them. It hasn't always been perfect, but they have always made the best of the situation -- and that is very much appreciated! With that being said, it wasn't a decision of where to purchase my next vehicle, but which vehicle to purchase. My experience in purchasing a vehicle independently for the very first time as you can imagine is complimented with its fair share of anxiety. This was quickly put to ease as my "purchasing team" came so easily together! Travis and the service team started it off with always taking care of my current vehicle's needs. When starting to look for my next vehicle, Travis was able to give me insight on the next vehicle I was considering from a maintance perspective which helped in my type of vehicle selection. Travis is always friendly and totally 'gets' me. I ask lots of questions, I have a crazy schedule and I can't remember him not greeting me with a smile and saying "we'll take of it..."! Skip came next by making himself available and always being able to get the answers for me and not make assumptions. He understood my time constraints and never came across as "trying to make a sale" but came across as "wanting the right sale to be made". He's a texter and that sold me on him! Communicated great and timely. His frequency of checking in with me was always on the money. He understand what I was looking for and for the most part was able to deliver. Very pleasant to do business with! Richard, was the person who took everything and made my 3rd Honda vehicle purchase a reality. He was extremely thorough, set realistic expectations and gave excellent guidance throughout the closing process. He was patient in answering my questions and checked for understanding with me versus churning through a boat load of papers and signatures. He as well made himself accessible to me and even after the purchase was completed days later still reminded me of his availabilty if I had any questions. Overall this was a REALLY GOOD experience and will continue to recommend the dealership and the Honda product! More

I desired to just briefly comment on the Finance Division of Courtesy Honda. We previously commented on the "excellent" sales department, but believe the Finance Department needs a comment too. We had a 2010 Honda Accord, which we traded in on a 2012 Honda Accord - yes, we enjoy our Accords. We thought we had 3 "paid" for services remaining on our 2010 Accord. However, when this was researched, we found out they had "expired." Therefore, we were entitled to "nothing." Now Courtesy had some options: (1) they could have not transferred nothing from our 2010 to our 2012 Accord - after all it was expired, this would have been fair, legal, etc., or (2) the could transfer over the remaining services as merely a 'courtesy'. They did neither. Courtesy went ABOVE and BEYOND - they gave us a FREE 3 year contract on the 2012 Accord. Why? That is just part and parcel of the 'courtesy' in Courtesy! The customer in #1 at Courtesy. We have purchased our last two vehicles at Courtesy. With service like this, we will be purchasing many more. More
