My experience with Charles Twilley was very good. All of the contact was through email and he confirmed the negotiated price, and did the initial paper work once I arrived at the dealership. Once this was done he passed us to Richard St Louis. Since he was relatively new when any decision needed input Todd E. Leonard was sought out. Todd was absolutely fantastic in all respects. Due to some issues I had with registration of the car after the purchase I had to talk with Todd on multiple occasions and each time he did his absolute best to make things right. The final outcome of all of this was completely satisfactory. All in all, I'd highly recommend seeking out either Charles or Todd if you ever intend to make a purchase from this dealer. More

The first honda that i was coming down to purchase. I had already communicated with Kevin St. Louis earlier that day and he knew I was coming that afternoon. Just needed to show my wife. Worked with Leon Mason from that point on and he was on the hunt for the used honda i was looking for. He was very helpful in keeping me posted as cars were coming onto the lot. He found one that met the specific needs i had for in a used car. Came down, test drove the car, and purchased it. Leon is a very friendly guy and a pleasure to work with. That evening when we came down to purchase the car we had our 2 little ones with us and trying to keep them entertained while we did the paper work. Charles Twilley noticed our challenge and was very helpful in getting some coloring books for the kids to work. That was very nice and observant of him to be of help. Robert Alier was very helpful in getting an old expired tag renewed for us. Even though there was a mix up at first. I purchased a 2010 civic when I was 19 and Mark Dowell was the one who did my Financing at the time and made it a great and easy experience. Kevin was my first point of contact and told me that they could do what I wanted and Mark was the guy to do it. Mark instantly remembered me from back in 2010 and was great at listening to me telling him exactly what I wanted. later that afternoon we were signing papers for my new Civic and Brian was the gentlemen who did my financing this time and also made it quick and easy. I like this dealer cause It seems like they know what they are talking about and give it to you straight and don't play games. He was patient as my family and I decided which car I would like to buy. While I was looking, Sam had my old Honda appraised. It was decided that the best price offered for either car would be the one we would go with. I chose a Honda, Civic LX 2012. Sam immediately started the process of getting the car ready and meeting up with Robert Alier. Within an hour, the new car was ready and we were driving it off the lot.
