The first honda that i was coming down to purchase. I had already communicated with Kevin St. Louis earlier that day and he knew I was coming that afternoon. Just needed to show my wife. Both took off work to get there and once we arrived were told; they just sold the car to someone else. A courtesy (no pun intended) call would have been appreciated. Worked with Leon Mason from that point on and he was on the hunt for the used honda i was looking for. He was very helpful in keeping me posted as cars were coming onto the lot. He found one that met the specific needs i had for in a used car. Came down, test drove the car, and purchased it. Leon is a very friendly guy and a pleasure to work with. That evening when we came down to purchase the car we had our 2 little ones with us and trying to keep them entertained while we did the paper work. Charles Twilley noticed our challenge and was very helpful in getting some coloring books for the kids to work. That was very nice and observant of him to be of help. Robert Alier was very helpful in getting an old expired tag renewed for us. Even though there was a mix up at first. He really came through for us in getting it sorted out with the DMV and saving us some money on the tag. More
My wife and I came in with a rough idea of a dollar figure and absolutely no idea what type of car we wanted, although we knew what we didn't want. One thing that was very impressive to my wife and I is that we felt like Daryl cared more about helping us find a reliable car that worked in our budget than he did about simply making the sale. Once we picked a car Kevin did wonders with the numbers and Sam walked us through the financial aspect with ease and clarity. From the time we walked in the door until we drove off the lot it was a great experience that I will readily recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

I purchased a 2010 civic when I was 19 and Mark Dowell was the one who did my Financing at the time and made it a great and easy experience. Now 22 and still using that courtesy location to service my vehicle, I went in today to see if it was at all possible to upgrade to a new 2012 civic and not pay more a month then I already am. Kevin was my first point of contact and told me that they could do what I wanted and Mark was the guy to do it. Mark instantly remembered me from back in 2010 and was great at listening to me telling him exactly what I wanted. later that afternoon we were signing papers for my new Civic and Brian was the gentlemen who did my financing this time and also made it quick and easy. I like this dealer cause It seems like they know what they are talking about and give it to you straight and don't play games. That is how it should be done when you have customers spending that kind of money. Thanks to Mark, Brian, And Kevin for your help and time. I have owned a Honda since 1985 and really like the product. Upon entering Courtesy Honda, I met with Sam Baradhi. He was patient as my family and I decided which car I would like to buy. While I was looking, Sam had my old Honda appraised. It was decided that the best price offered for either car would be the one we would go with. I chose a Honda, Civic LX 2012. Sam immediately started the process of getting the car ready and meeting up with Robert Alier. Within an hour, the new car was ready and we were driving it off the lot. Sam never pressured me, just listened and when done, he went into immediate action on having the car ready. I would recommend not only Sam Baradhi but Courtesy. And I might say, I am very happy with my purchase. More

I already had my deal elsewhere, a little farther from home, via an Internet buying service. I thought I should call Courtesy anyway, before going, since they are huge and have great reviews. I was a little apprehensive about that, I figured after seeing my trade they would try to give me less for that (as I expected from other dealer farther away). When I got in, I worked with Skip, and after a little time (was busy, before closing) they said 'OK, we did it' - and they had matched my price for the Odyssey, and my trade! Did the paperwork, drove home in new Odyssey. Nice. Both Skip and Brooke were great: no pressure, very personable. Ask for Skip! More
