Our experience with the dealership and Andre began when we were exploring the purchase of a Honda van via an internet price quote. Andre was very patient with me. I started talking with him in July, 2012 about purchasing a Honda Odyssey. He kept in contact with me until Dec 14th at which point I had decided to lease. What a great, unique and satisfying car buying experience. I was in the market for a 2010 Mazda 3. I was planning to do all my research and negotiating on-line. I started calling dealers who had t experience. I was in the market for a 2010 Mazda 3. I was planning to do all my research and negotiating on-line. I started calling dealers who had the vehicle I wanted listed for sale. I clearly stated to them that I wanted to do all correspondence by email. I was working with about a dozen dealers in Central Florida. Some sales reps complied with my request and some did not. I believe I made fair offers for their vehicles. I found a really nice Mazda 3 at Courtesy Honda. I sent a general email for more information about the vehicle. Mark contacted me within 15 minutes with the information I requested. We began to discuss price and he was very up front and made me a terrific offer on the car. I told him I would like to make the deal but could not come in to do test drive until the weekend (4 days away). Mark was more than accommodating and we made an appointment for the test drive. The dealership was over 100 miles from my home so asked Mark if he could have the car ready when I arrived and he agreed. When I arrived (I was late) Mark was ready with everything he promised. We did a quick test drive and I confirmed the deal. I needed to be back home by certain time that day to see my son play in the USF band that day. Mark and Courtesy team went into action and got me out of there within an hour which included detailing and all the paperwork. Richard walked us through the paperwork storm with no additional pressure to purchase add-ins. This was clearly the most satisfying car buying experience I have had in 35 years of driving. Mark, Richard and the rest of the Courtesy Honda team went above and beyond in their efforts and made the experience really great. I'm not someone who normally takes time to do a review but in this case I felt it was warranted. Next time I need a car I will checkout Courtesy Honda first.
