Visited another Honda dealership first, but thought I'd give Courtesy a look. Immediately met Sales Manager Kevin St. Louis, told him what I was looking for and could he accommodate me. He looked at the deal I had, said he would beat it and it was done that quick. Went with Leon Mason, Sales Consultant to look at available cars and found the 2012 Civic EX I was looking for. Told Kevin and Leon I would make a decision in a day and call them back. Called Leon back, said let's do the deal and I would be there in the evening. Came back in with my wife and there was the car all detailed and ready to be driven off. Kevin was a man of his word and the price we agreed upon was indeed what I paid. Leon was very gracious and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The whole process was very easy and as good as any I've experienced. Even Robert in Finance was great to deal with and made sure we understood everything we were signing and had no unanswered questions. I can highly recommend Courtesy Honda as a place to buy a vehicle if you want no nonsense and a great deal! Ask for Leon Mason if you want the best experience! Thanks, Brad Kramer More
