After looking at 'The One', we returned to Leon's office and discussed the numbers. He gave an extra option that I had not considered. After setting up an appointment for Friday, to bring my wife and daughters to view our new car, Leon asked only 1 time, "Is there anything we can do for you to take the new car home today?" I replied, "I promised my wife we would decide this together." "I understand." On Friday morning, my wife and daughters were introduced to 'The One'. After she test drove the Odyssey, it was a done deal. We met Robert Alier to handle the finance details. I had been shopping in Jacksonville, FL for approximately 3 weeks but the dealer was unable to find the exact car my wife wanted and at the price I thought was appropriate. On Saturday I went on line and fou 3 weeks but the dealer was unable to find the exact car my wife wanted and at the price I thought was appropriate. On Saturday I went on line and found the car myself at Courtesy Honda. I then called Courtesy and Sam Baradhi answered the phone. Sam confirmed they had the exact car on the lot. I then made the trip to Sanford to inspect and drive the car. Having done my research in Jacksonville I had in mind the price I wanted to pay and the accessories my wife wanted. It didn't take long and we came to an agreement on the price including accessories. The following Tuesday Sam drove the new car to Jacksonville and delivered it right to our home....at no additional charge. He then returned to Sanford driving our trade-in. The entire experience was pleasant and I will contact Courtesy first for my next Honda auto purchase. I found Sam to be very courteous, patient and professional. It was a pleasure working with him. These guys are fantastic! After being treated completely horribly at a Hyundai dealership. I left there and was completely discouraged. After talking to him he assured me that the 45 minute drive was worth the trip. He was right! I got my first new car and it's a Honda Accord! My husband and I went to Courtesy Honda to get a new car because my current car needed a new engine in it.
