He also was able match my quote of the lowest price from another state. I did everything via email and phone (minus the appraiser for trade-in). He was friendly, knowledgeable and had prepped everything prior to our arrival for the delivery. Finally, much care was taken by Robert Alier to discuss and explain financing and warranties. It was a good experience as this portion can always be a PIA due to the additional push for warranty items. Robert did a nice job and didn't push which was refreshing. More
