I had pursued the purchase of a Honda Pilot, new or used, with several local dealerships and through various web searches. When speaking with dealer representatives, I got the impression that my business wa with several local dealerships and through various web searches. When speaking with dealer representatives, I got the impression that my business was not wanted. As a matter of fact, one dealer sold a car out from under me the very day I went to the dealer, per our scheduled appointment, with my down payment in hand! This was not the case with Courtesy Honda. I was contacted via phone and email by Leon Mason, who appeared to want my business! He also was able to quote the lowest price when compared to the other dealerships and made good faith efforts to negotiate other fees and costs. He also did much footwork to find me the car that I wanted from "partner" dealerships. Finally, much care was taken by Robert Alier to discuss and explain financing and warranties. It was as great an experience as I have had in my life purchasing a car (which I've done 4 times as an adult)! More

We were moving over from the UK to Florida and I wanted to purchase a new car, to pick up the day after we arrived, to save on car rental. We had decided upon the Honda Odyssey Touring in Celestial Blue t to purchase a new car, to pick up the day after we arrived, to save on car rental. We had decided upon the Honda Odyssey Touring in Celestial Blue the previous Easter when we were over. I e-mailed several dealers and used different sites to get the best price. I originally had dismissed Courtesy Honda as being too far away but Skip suggested I looked at Dealer.com at their rating. I was impressed, so asked him to quote. By this time other dealers had quoted with 'Estimated prices' some on colours I didn't want! This was back in early July and when I told them I wanted the car for the 4th of August, some dealers told me they could not give me a price or if I bought the car they couldn't keep it until I arrived, I would need someone to pick it up for me! Skip not only came up with the correct model and colour at the best price, he then was happy to keep it on the lot, he then helped with the finance so all was in place for our arrival. We picked the car up on the 4th August, all went very well, with the help of Skip and Todd, who organized the finance. We are delighted with the car, the service we received from Courtesy Honda and would not hesitate to both recommend and use them again. Thank you, John & Linda. More
I had a great time at the dealership and they made sure to answer my questions before moving forward which I appreciated as a first time car buyer. The only thing that was difficult was the pricing but I k to answer my questions before moving forward which I appreciated as a first time car buyer. The only thing that was difficult was the pricing but I knew what I was getting into from the prices online, I just wasn't expecting needing quite so large of a down payment in order to get a car in my monthly price range. However, even with that slight down side, the experience there as well as how great they were with working with a schedule to suit me, I would highly recommend them. More
