My husband and I have bought several cars from this specific dealership, and our experience has consistently been outstanding! We've bought both new and used cars from them, and have always been treated with respect and honesty. Everything about Courtesy Honda reflects this integrity and customer-care excellence that we've now come to expect. We also service all 4 of our cars here and can't imagine going anywhere else. Their service is top-notch...fast, affordable and done right. I never feel up-sold or like they're trying to "take my for a ride!" They fix what needs fixing, give great advice about maintenance and make sure that any needed repairs are done in a timely fashion (which I greatly appreciate with my busy schedule). Again, I can't say enough good things about them. In a word, it's TRUST. In an industry that routinely has a reputation for shadiness in its selling techniques and a history of long and inconvenient repair delays, Courtesy Honda is a rare exception. It's taken YEARS for me to come to this conclusion, having been disillusioned by some truly awful experiences with one or two other dealerships, but I've come to know that Courtesy is the real deal. Again, they have earned my trust (and I haven't even started talking about how wonderful their cars are!) I will ALWAYS buy my cars here. And when they need oil changes, other maintenance and/or repairs, this is where I'll be bringing them. More

I live fairly close to two Honda dealerships and after shopping for a couple weeks I decided to stop by Courtesy Honda in Sanford. When I got there I was immediately greeted by Luis. When were asked to sit inside and allow him to do the foot work and locate the car on the lot, it was very hot. After looking at the car I was convinced this young man knew his stuff, so we bought the car. Since then he's called to check with us and see if we had any questions as well as to thank us for the purchase. I will be going back in the future in the event I need another vehicle. 2 thumbs up!!
