Everyone I dealt with, from finance manager Robert to my excellent sales rep Sam Baradhi and his manager, Brooke, who kindly assisted me in getting both of my vehicles back to my house, was friendly, respectful, and went out of their way to be helpful and make sure I understood all the terms of the purchase and address any questions I might have. They offered me such a fair price on the vehicle I wanted -as I knew from my preparatory internet research- I didn't even bother haggling. Highly recommended. More

I was mislead about the car during the whole purchase process. My diirect questions were met with lies to cover up issues with my 2005 Volvo. It turns out the smell was from a leaking window that now leaves an inch of water puddled on my passenger side floor every time it rains. Also the dealership sprayed painted the leather seats to cover up stains and now the paint is coming off and it looks horrible. A/C does not work either. This is less than a year after purchasing the car and no less than 7 trips to Courtesy Honda to remedy the situation. The extended warranty I purchased is as useless as the sales staff and management. More
