We came in and walked out with a new Pilot at our price in 30 minutes. Even the service crew was top notch making multiple efforts to resolve a miscommunication I'd made with the running bars/side step. I have been a Honda customer for more than 12 years. Dropped in to have a spare key made. Said they would not make the key unless I had the title or registration with me. Told them the car was in for an oil change but they didn't care. Checked with David Maus around the corner and there is no such law. Checked with three locksmiths in the area and they thought I was mental. I've had many spare keys made in the past and no dealership has EVER given me the grief of this place. I can't believe that any organization would go so far out of their way to destroy a relationship with a past customer. And I DO MEAN PAST!!! When this Civic Hybrid reaches its time to go, that's the LAST Honda I will ever own. More
