Dropped in to have a spare key made. Said they would not make the key unless I had the title or registration with me. Told them the car was in for an oil change but they didn't care. Checked with David Maus around the corner and there is no such law. Checked with three locksmiths in the area and they thought I was mental. I've had many spare keys made in the past and no dealership has EVER given me the grief of this place. I can't believe that any organization would go so far out of their way to destroy a relationship with a past customer. And I DO MEAN PAST!!! When this Civic Hybrid reaches its time to go, that's the LAST Honda I will ever own. More

Sam is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, thorough, and definitely represents the best in courtesy for Courtesy Honda. In particular, looking back on this experience as a female car-buyer, Sam never gave me less than full credit and respect for my intelligence and my understanding of my options, while also giving me the benefit of his expertise. I had 2 test drives, 2 full quotes on a Fit and a Civic, and felt no pressure during the negotiation process with Sam, Mike Suleiman, GSM, and Todd Leonard, Finance Mgr. During the close on the deal, as with Sam, Todd offered me choices and information, but there was no pressure to add extra packages to the bottom line. Better yet, Todd improved on the initial APR I was offered by the time we sat down to close,and I got a really decent trade-in value for a pretty beat up 2000 Corolla. Do your research, go to Courtesy, ask for Sam. More

Went here after leaving another dealership. New it was to good to be true. I left after about 30 min finding out I was getting anew car. They call me following day saying now need more money down and or a co good to be true. I left after about 30 min finding out I was getting anew car. Well to that they did not they ended up shotgunning my credit so bad the my beacon dropped majorly. If that's how you help people count me out More
