Once again, I had a phenomenal experience at Courtesy Honda. I originally leased a 2010 Civic in 2010 and was very happy with my experience and really enjoyed working with Sam Baradhi. When I returned the vehicle, I went to the dealership and worked with Charles and Sam Baradhi again on leasing a new vehicle. I had a great test drive in a 2012 civic and was very happy with the experience. Charles and Sam were very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to get me a great monthly paymment which was similar to past payment and also included sun roof and Bluetooth! Im very happy with the experience. Sam was able to answer all my questions and complete the transaction quickly and Robert got me through the paperwork very carefully and quickly. Great job Sam, Charles and Robert. Ill see you again for my next vehicle! More

After dealing with a dishonest unscrupulous employee over the phone, who lied to us and would not return phone calls and after waiting for an approval for 2 days, we finally decided to drive the long distanc the phone, who lied to us and would not return phone calls and after waiting for an approval for 2 days, we finally decided to drive the long distance to the dealership and demand service. We finally met a nice man Leon Mason who facilitated our deal with a bit of negotiation from Mike Sulieman. Finally, we signed with Sammy Naba in F&I. He as an excellent salesperson because he talked us into an extended warranty on our Certified Honda Accord as well as a maintenance plan and made it work within our budget. Overall, we left feeling better. Our daughter was happy to drive home her new (used) car for her high school graduation gift. More

Courtesy Honda had provided me a sale price for their vehicle and a trade-in value for my trade. I emphasized that I was happy to make the trip to their store and complete the deal, but I asked one more time by phone to verify that the numbers provided to me were real and would not change. They confirmed, so I made the trip. I drove their car. They inspected mine. We agreed that I wanted the car I had picked out and that my trade was in excellent condition. Then..... They added $4K to the cost. They said I could choose whether the $4K was added to the previously quoted and advertised price of their vehicle or they would reduce the amount they quoted for my trade. I told them I was displeased and that we had agreed on the numbers prior to my trip. The sales manager told me that I should have known better.... That I should have known they could not have really honored the deal that they had quoted me... I have had good experiences past at other AutoNation stores and other Honda stores, but Courtesy Honda operates more like an old school used car lot. Buyers beware of bait and switch and bold face lies... More

My husband was in contact with the dealership about the car for several weeks. He was updated regularly about when the car would be in. Never had to guess. We could not have asked for better service for Sam, Brooke and Robert. Very down to earth and easy to deal with. They all took to my husband"s HUMOR and went with it.
