I was in the market for a car more economic on fuel. After visiting several dealerships, I decided to try Courtesy Honda. Having owned Hondas in the past I am aware of their value and fuel consumption history. I was able to walk the entire lot and view the inventory at my leisure without interruption. Once I was ready to discuss with a salesperson, Mike Poole introduced me to Brian Alburtus. Brian was informative but not intrusive. I selected a car, was introduced to Mike Suleiman and within minutes agreed upon a price. Sammy was quick to complete the transaction and was not persistent when I declined the additional warranties, etc. While I was dismayed because the auto had a recall issue and could not be delivered that evening, Mike S and Brian made every attempt to rectify and make the situation more plausible. I am impressed with the level of professionalism extended and recommend giving them an opportunity. Mike, get your PhD! More
