This is the 3rd dealership I've ever dealt with for purchasing and the 4th for service and it's by far the best in both areas. Andre was the absolute best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was patient and thorough in explaining everything and never once pressured me for any reason, even though I came in twice (I'm a very cautious decision maker). He's also super sweet and seems to be a very nice, laid back guy. Eddie was amazing with the financing end of things. He understood my financial situation and took the time to work out a financing plan that I could afford. Throughout the process, everyone was helpful and friendly and I highly recommend them. Incidentally, I have used this dealership's service department for years on my old Honda and found them to be consistently fair and straightforward with me (which is why I was willing to travel all the way to Sanford to buy from them as well) Highly, HIGHLY recommend Courtesy for new car purchases AND service!! The dealers listened to my concerns and responded to my needs. Although I occasionally felt like I was getting different answers from different employees, eventually I felt like I received the information needs. An example of this was when one employee told me the drive train warranty was $1500 and bumper to bumper would be $400 more .... then later I was told the bumper to bumper warranty was $1500. I went to Courtesy hoping I could get a nice used car but due to credit issues I did not think it was possible. However, Mark Dowell was great working out the financing for me. Wes Williams was very personable and made the money part of the deal very seamless. I absolutely LOVE my new car and would highly recommend this dealership and the gentleman I worked with.
