Service department has been great in resolving any issue and always has my car clean and shiny when they are finished. Prompt, knowledge and eager to please. Love our Hondas! That 2012 Odysessy is a GREAT van. Super comfortable, drives like a dream and it can haul ALL kids, stuff, sports gear and tow our boat too! I really like the purchase we made at Courtesy Honda. We received an excellent car. I rated customer service/quality of work/friendliness with a score of "5". The reason is because I felt that it was a genuine experience. At the heart of everything, that's what I'm looking for in any kind of service... genuine behavior towards me as a customer. I rated "overall experience" and "Price" with a "4". One of my stipulations was that I did not want too high of an interest rate. When presented with the interest rate, while still out at the lobby tables just prior to filling out paper work with our Finance Manager, I asked for a lower interest rate if possible. The form went back to the front desk and came back within a minute with a lower interest rate as I requested. The difference in the interest rate made a substantial difference in the amount of our monthly payments over the life of the loan. This action alone made me wonder whose best interest was at heart. Ultimately, we're looking at 2 completely different total prices for the car, depending on which interest rate was used. I'm glad I asked. I feel bad for the person that doesn't think to ask and ends up paying more. Personally, I want to know that Honda is doing everything to secure my lowest rate, without me having to investigate. As small as the action was, it spoke volumes to me, especially when we're in an economy where people are hurting financially but really do need a reliable vehicle and the best thing to do is finance. The Sales and Leasing Consultant I worked with was great! I really enjoyed working with him. He's the one that helped negotiate it at the front desk with the loan officers. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. Next car I buy I will definitely have him be our point man. Our financial manager was also great. He was quick, efficient and helped bring clarity to the financial packaging of the sale. Overall, the car is great, the people I worked with were great. It was just that one issue with interest rate of our loan. And let me be clear, that had nothing to do with our Sales and Leasing Consultant or Financial Manager. I can only speak the highest of them and their service. In the end, I will definitely recommend Courtesy Honda to others. My only recommendation would be that Honda strives to ensure the overall best deals and rates for its customers. More
