I was so scared about financing and hoping that I would get a good rate. I appied for financing through my own bank, which done business with since 1997. Bill suggested that I apply for financing through Honda. Billthought I could probly get a lower interest rate. He was right I got a much better interest rate than my bank offered me. It took me three visits, lots of questions, a bunch of phone calls, and a test drive to make up my mind. He patiently answered all my questions, never pressured,and put me complete ease. This is definitely 1 of the best buy experiences I've ever had. Next time I'll forget shopping at any of the dealers, ill just come straight to Bill and buy my next Honda. I bought new Honda Insight 2011. My sales person was Mike Rowe and my finance manager was Eddie Santiago. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable about the features of the car. It was important to me to know all Rowe and my finance manager was Eddie Santiago. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable about the features of the car. It was important to me to know all those new features because my car is hybrid and operates a little different from the regular car. The test drive was good too; I got to experience how the car is before buying it. Mike was patient and friendly and he answered all the questions I had. Eddie Santiago walked me through the finance part of the purchase experience. He helped me well with paperwork, explained well about extra warranties and services they offer. He also helped me with getting loan approval from my bank. I just told him the bank I want to go with and the approximate finance APR, the bank gave me lower APR then what I thought it would be. I had a lot of questions and Eddie was patient with me. These guys made the whole process easy for me. And they were nice to my husband when we came back to finish signing paperwork. I will do business with you guys in a future. Thank you. One last question though, why are there no ladies in your team? More
I was very pleased with the customer service at Courtesy. Charles Twilley was my sales associate and he literally made the process painless for me! He was not pushy with some of the extra offers that Honda offers at the time of closing. I enjoyed the entire experience. I have been a Honda customer for 14 years. I have never been disappointed with my Honda and now I have found a dealership that didn't disappoint either! More

I love Honda, and I will return to Courtesy and only buy from Mike! Eddie Santiago makes the finance part of buying a car fun, seriously. My first experience with Courtesy Honda was in 2009. I wanted to Lease a 2010 Honda Pilot. I made contact with Sam Baradhi and was able to hash out all of the payment and lease options via phone and email wanted to Lease a 2010 Honda Pilot. I made contact with Sam Baradhi and was able to hash out all of the payment and lease options via phone and email so that when we went to the dealership everything was streamlined and went extremely smoothly. Everyone was laid back, friendly, and we never felt pressured or rushed. My lease was supposed to be up in November 2012, but I got a letter from Charles Twilley in March 2012,(7 months early) informing me that I could trade in my Pilot for a new 2012 Honda with no money down and have the same payment. I was skeptical, of course, but once I spoke with Charles over the phone I knew what he was telling me was straight forward with no risk or penalties. I went to the dealership the next morning, picked out my new 2012 Pilot, and true to his word, Charles presented me with a payment that was $80 lower than my current payment with no penalties or money down on the new lease. Sam even checked in on me to make sure everything was going well! By the time I got into the Finance Managers office, Sammy De La Rosa, my 1 year old son was getting pretty cranky. Sammy made sure I knew exactly what I was signing while moving quickly and keeping a smile on his face. Every time I enter Courtesy Honda in Sanford I know that I'm going to be taken care of, whether I'm just in to have my car serviced or leasing/ buying a new car. It's a true joy to work with these people and not many people can say that when purchasing a car. More
