Sammy Mike took all the time with us that we needed to decide on a car for my husband and then worked to get us the deal we were comfortable with. Not only that, he went above and beyond to offer me a trade on my current vehicle and get me in a new upgraded van for less than I was currently paying. He is a very friendly, courteous and patient salesperson and when we need any new vehicle we will be back to see him. When we went to finance (both times) Sammy De La Rosa was very professional and pleasant to work with. He wasn't pushy and when we gave him an answer he accepted that, and we appreciated that. He was contious of our time and got us out of their quickly, without us feeling rushed. We have and would again recommend this dealership, they take the headache out of buying a new car. More

When they called me on the phone they give me a good price.Then I go there and they tell me that my credit was a lot lower than what my credit was so I could not get the .09% financing , so we decide to lease it becouse of the monthly payments being cheeper , no one told us that when leasing you got to pay interest too.That cought us complitley by surprize.We were excited about this family car, than I started reading the details on what we were gone pay it anded up a few thousands more than we were suposed to .I called them on sunday to see what is going on they said will look in to it and they will call back It is wensday today and still haven't gotten the call back.Mondey me and my husband went there in person, to talk to them Bobby and Brian were not there , and Edi did help us with his little mess , he took responsability at least .Left a writen message at front desk for Bobby of Brian to call me back and help me understand the extra charges ,they never called me back. I am sure they did everything they could to accomodate us to buy this car , however the fact that bothe of them never NEVER CACLLED ME BACK TO CLARIFY THE EXTRA CHARGES. So CHECK YOUR OWN CREDIT before you go and buy a car there. Pay attention to detail a lot of attention, and ask all your question before you do anything.They are HELPFULL they will work with you,but keep in mind there are there to make a proffit and sometimes in sales things are not fair at all especailly for the me the consumer. Richard is one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very patient with me as I considered used autos. He was great at communicating and answering any questions I had. Richard wanted to be completely sure of what I wanted and did everything to make that happen. After weeks of test driving used vehicles and waiting for the right color, I decided to go with a new Accord. Got a good car at the right price. Even post sale, Richard was still assisting as if I didn't make a purchase. Any other salesman probably would have just given up, but not Richard and I commend him for that. If it was not for him, I would probably be making a purchase somewhere else. More
We where greeted by Mike When we got out of car , we told him what we where looking for , He showed us a van and then the Honda CRV 2012 , We fell in love , asked to go for a test drive , we where just going him what we where looking for , He showed us a van and then the Honda CRV 2012 , We fell in love , asked to go for a test drive , we where just going to get prices , and after talking to them , 3.5 hours later we had a wonderful new Honda, This is going to be our first Honda , currently own a Toyota Scion xb , Bought it the same way , The guys here where wonderful . Mike was wonderful to work with very knowledgeable on the Honda Products as well of the other autos we where looking at , Max helped us out wonderful guys , then they turned us over to Eddie who was ex termly helpful making it fun to buy from them . We will return wen the Toyota tires out , but i bought it new and it has 180000 , so i hope the Honda goes as long or longer . More

Kevin St. Louis was a great guy to work with when it came to trading-in the 2 Honda's we currently owned for a brand-new 2012 Honda Civic--GREAT CAR! Kevin gave us a great price on both our trade-ins and th to trading-in the 2 Honda's we currently owned for a brand-new 2012 Honda Civic--GREAT CAR! Kevin gave us a great price on both our trade-ins and the purchase price of our new car. He was able to take care of the whole process in a short amount of time and explained everything as we went along. When we went to Courtesy we were only there to find out if the dealer wanted to purchase the 2009 Honda Fit that was my husbands, but because of health related issues he is no longer able to drive. But when I asked about the advertised special on financing a new car, Kevin told me about the great finance deal that was going on at the time, and it was so good that I decided it would be a great time to trade-in my 2010 Honda Civic for 2012 Honda Civic (4dr). Leave it to Kevin to make the numbers work for us so we were VERY comfortable with trading-in not one, but two cars for the car that we wanted as a one-car family. Kevin is a very professional knowledgeable and friendly guy--another words he is AWESOME!! "Jr" Lacarte was the first person we met when we arrived at Courtesy and he was SO nice and helpful in directing us to Kevin St. Louis who could help us with the reason we had come to dealer in the first place--to sell a used car to the dealer. While my husband was working with Kevin on the sale of his 2009 Honda Fit, I went looking at the 2012 Honda Civic's and noticed that Honda Finance was having a special financing program. Jr. walked out side and I asked him about a very nice 2012 Civic that caught my eye, but I wanted to know more about the finance program being offered. He showed me the car and then asked if I'd like to talk to someone about the finance programs. He introduced me to Kevin St. Louis, the man that was helping my husband with the sale of his car. After that, we couldn't say no to a deal on the car we wanted. It was truly a WIN-WIN for us. I was especially impressed with Jr. as a sales associate because not once during my looking, asking questions, etc., did Jr. become an "aggressive" sales person--he answered my questions, let me think things over and never tried to push me into a sale and gave my husband and I space to we bought the car and Jr. went out of his way to make our decision fun, exciting and special. Jr. is AWESOME and a winner in our book!! Thanks Jr.--next time we buy another car we'll be back to see you!! Sammy De La Rosa was the gentleman that took care of the financial paperwork associated with the trade-in of our two cars, plus the purchase of our new car. He had all the paperwork done and ready for us to sign everything in a very short period of time so we weren't left to sit around the dealership for an hour or more just wanting to finish the deal. The dealers new computer system made it so easy for Sammy to show us the paperwork and make changes to anything without having to reprint a document. Being able to see the documents on a special computer screen and signing each document was a snap and once everything was completed he was able to print out a copy of what we had signed and we were ready to rock-n-roll. Sammy was great at explaining ever detail of what we were signing, answered all of our questions and kept us smiling through the whole process. Sammy is very knowledgeable and professional finance guy and gives you his full attention to his customers. Next time we buy another Honda he'll be our man when it comes to the finances. We came to Courtesy Honda by way of Autonation on the internet. We were in a very unusual situation. Our one year old (to us) Mercedes R350 had stranded us in Leesburg, was towed to Maitland where it was internet. We were in a very unusual situation. Our one year old (to us) Mercedes R350 had stranded us in Leesburg, was towed to Maitland where it was discovered it needed a new transmission at a cost to us of $8000. We felt we would never again trust the Mercedes on our trips from Ohio to Florida each year. The manager (sorry can't remember his name but he was from Kuwait) was very personable and understanding and put us at ease right away that he would help us solve our very serious problem. He and the salesman, Leon Mason spent time with us and figured many scenarious about price on various vehicles. Our trade in was in another location but had been appraised : our insurance papers were in the Mercedes: and the title to the Mercedes was in Ohio, but still we managed with Leon"s help to get transportation so we could drive home to Ohio. We decide on a beautiful Honda Odessy which was easy for us as we had owned one several years before and our oldest son is a R and D engineer at Honda in Marysville. We lost alot of money on the Mercedes but we bought some peace of mind with the Honda. Our experience at Courtesy Honda (with the exception of the lease paperwork preparation) was excellent. You have gems in the Kuwaiti manaager and our salesperson Leon. It was clearly the best auto purchase experience of our lifetime. More
