I stopped in the service dept today(1-9-12)and spoke to Kyle about a small problem I had with my 2011 CRV. Although it wasn't a real problem I needed some help replacing the front bumper skin after I backe Kyle about a small problem I had with my 2011 CRV. In about 10 minutes he returned and it was replaced and I offered to pay for the repair but I was told no thanks that is what our dealership was about helping people in need and hoped that they would pass on the word to other perpective customers that Courtesy Honda takes care of their customers. Please believe me if I lived in this area I would buy my next Honda from Courtesy Honda after being treated so special. I am passing through your area from Seattle, WA where I have purchased a total of 13 cars over the years from the same dealer in Auburn, WA, I have kept going back to Hinshaw's Honda because they also know how to treat their customers.
