I test drove 2 different cars and asked him a lot of questions, he was patient and answered each one. When it was time to make my trade, I met Mr. Kevin St. Louis and he handled it no problem. When it was time to set up financing I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mark Dowell. Each of these gentleman made the process easy, and as painless as possible. All of them were very friendly. I felt the offer was very fair and the whole experience from my arrival on the lot, test drive, to signing the final papers with Eddie took less than 90 minutes. He insisted that we come in at our most convenient time even though he was not scheduled to work at that time. He answered all my wifes questions clearly and to our satisfaction. He is a credit to your organization and you have found a repeat customer. Your survey allows a top score of "5" but Sam is a "10". Eddie was extremely patient with us on the financing and explained our options in a clear and concise manner. he even found an option to our advantage after the paperwork was completed and went back to add it in. I stopped in the service dept today(1-9-12)and spoke to Kyle about a small problem I had with my 2011 CRV. Although it wasn't a real problem I needed some help replacing the front bumper skin after I backe Kyle about a small problem I had with my 2011 CRV. Kyle said that he would take it into the back and see if there was something one of the service guys could help with. In about 10 minutes he returned and it was replaced and I offered to pay for the repair but I was told no thanks that is what our dealership was about helping people in need and hoped that they would pass on the word to other perpective customers that Courtesy Honda takes care of their customers. Please believe me if I lived in this area I would buy my next Honda from Courtesy Honda after being treated so special. I am passing through your area from Seattle, WA where I have purchased a total of 13 cars over the years from the same dealer in Auburn, WA, I have kept going back to Hinshaw's Honda because they also know how to treat their customers. Dealer flat out lied to us in regards to financing. We had our own financing pre-approved walking in the door, the finance manager assured us that he could get another point lower on the APR through a fri had our own financing pre-approved walking in the door, the finance manager assured us that he could get another point lower on the APR through a friend of his who was the manager of a local credit union. After over 30 min of him trying convince us we caved and said he could run our credit for that credit union only, now 3 months later trying to buy a different vehicle we find out he ran our credit to 17 other agencies and I am being denied because of too many previous inquiries. More
