The service here is awesome. I came to Courtesy and I got an even better price within like 30 minutes, pretty much the third offer. Plus they got free popcorn, coffee and water while you wait and coloring books for the kids - probably the only dealership where I could actually keep the kids busy with something else while I talked to the Sales people. Grant was just awesome, his service and knowledge of the car (I leased a 2012 Honda Odyssey) was perfect and he was VERY easy to talk to (not like a lot of the sleazy car dealers who always seem to be trying to trick you or something). Mike (I called back a different day when Grant was off, Mike is his boss) was also very courteous and I had no problems talking to him as well. As far as car salesmen go they were (believe it or not) the best experience I've ever had with car salesmen, and I've bought quite a few cars! Also I should mention that Eddie (their finance guy, although I'm afraid I don't remember his last name) was just fun to talk to, relaxing and we had a good time joking around while I was filling out the paper work. The paperwork *is* a little extensive (probably took about two hours to sign everything), but every year that goes by it seems that the paperwork gets longer; doesn't seem to matter on the dealership. One last thing - I didn't catch his name but that guy with his head shaved bald and the goatee - ask for that dude to give you the best price on your trade in, he doesn't mess around and is willing to basically have you make an offer on what you want to trade your car in for and then he will actually show you the computer screen on what he's doing - very cool (most dealerships hide that stuff, drives me nuts) Anyways - very cool dealership, I would highly recommend anybody looking to buy a Honda to go here instead of the other dealerships in town. More

Came in to trade used car for a new one. The sales man was great, but after the sale was done everything went down hill in regards to the trade in. I kept getting the run around when getting the check fo was great, but after the sale was done everything went down hill in regards to the trade in.
