I dealt with Mike Poole, Dwayne Lyons and Eddie Santiago. Mike was friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in to the time I put the key in the ignition of my new 2012 Accord. Mike, Dwayne and Eddie were all very professional and courteous. This is my fourth new car and this has by far been my most rewarding buying experience (as compared to Toyota in the past). I will definitely recommend Courtesy Honda to my family, friends and acquaintances who might be in the market for a new vehicle. I will NEVER do business with this Honda dealership again. I brought my 2010 Accord in to comply with two service bulletins (software updates) and to have the tires rotated. The day after, I checked again. I brought my 2010 Accord in to comply with two service bulletins (software updates) and to have the tires rotated. The day after, I checked my oil (as I do twice a month) and found it to be OVERFILLED by 1.5 quarts. Upon further inspection, I found that the filter was covered in oil and had bite marks from a different type of filter wrench than I use. The crankcase drainplug was torqued so tight that I needed a cheater bar to get it off. All of this from a supposed software update and tire rotation. After speaking with the service advisor, I was eventually told that the mechanic started to perform an oil change, and then stopped when he realized that I hadn't ordered one. Courtesy Honda had two honorable courses of action they could have taken: 1) Finish the oil change, explain the error to me, and tell me that the oil change was on the house. Any reputable service department would have done this. 2) Stop the oil change, call me, explain the situation, and ask what I would like done. They did neither, overfilled the oil reservoir, and over-torqued the crankcase drainplug. Courtesy Honda did, however, provide me with a brand new filter and reimbursed me for the cost of the oil needed to change my own oil. That was appreciated. **A Courtesy Honda customer service rep called me on 10/31 to discuss this issue. He assured me that they are making improvements to prevent an incident like this from occurring again. More

When we arrived we asked for Mr. Mason who handled the process for us and he was simply wonderful; Very friendly and knowledgeable. On the Downside, our closing was not a great experience. the finance manager didn't seem able to answer our questions clearly and we left feeling "iffy" about the sale. Mike Suleiman and Leon Mason made the sale possible. Especially Mr. Mason A+ to him. More
From the start I was treated very kindly by every employee that walked by me. Dwayne made every effort for me to reach my monetary goal. He was very sincere when listening to me. The end result was where I wanted to be in monthly payments. Eddie was very patient and willing to help in whatever way he could when going through all the paperwork. He handled the process very well and with a great sense of humor.
