They couldn't touch the price that Courtesy Honda in Sanford offered us. As a matter of fact when I heard the price in Deland and they wouldn't budge I drove back to Sanford and bought their car! I realized what a great deal they'd made me. We went back to get tinting done and they did a great job. Also purchased scratch and dent insurance. I don't normally buy the "extended" insurances etc., but if you actually see the before and after it sells itself. These guys do fantastic work. I've never had a better buying experience in 50 years. Incredible customer service from the time we approached the door to the time we got back in our car to leave. I had called ahead to see of they had the vehicle we were interested in seeing and test driving. When we arrived at the dealership I asked for Leon Mason, the salesman I spoke with. He was just coming in from pulling the vehicle up for us. Leon is the epitome of a great car salesman. He is attentive without being overbearing, has and excellent knowledge of the products without trying to "sell you", respects your view points and concerns and does not attempt to trivialize them but instead tries to understand them so he can better server your needs and in short, just provides stellar customer service. And another plus that is so refreshing is he does not speak English as a second language. We are finding many dealerships that have car salesmen that are difficult to understand, have been in this country a short time, and have limited knowledge of the vehicles we looked at. Many giving us totally incorrect information. We won't be going back to those dealerships. Suffice it to say I highly recommend Leon Mason at Courtesy Honda in Sanford, Florida. The dealership experience in sales is incredible. We will definitely consider them when we are ready to make a deal. I cannot comment on the service area but the sales area is outstanding in customer service. I would like to presume that the service area is just as outstanding. More
