I have had not so great dealer experiences in the past, but this was finally a good experience. Not only did my sales rep meet me at a price I was comfortable with, I also got the best 0.9% financing avai but this was finally a good experience. At the time of purchase I also ordered an additional part to be installed at a later date. My sales rep gave me a call only 2 days later to tell me the part had arrived and I brought in my car over the weekend and it was installed with no problems. They also washed the car again when it was being taken care of. I was also pleased to know in general that I received my car in excellent condition - full synthetic oil instead of regular oil, freshly washed, and a detailed inspection to search for any scratches (which they found a couple and quickly fixed it). Grant the salesman took plenty of time showing me how my new car works and made sure everything was okay prior to my leaving. The finance manager and person I worked with put together a great deal. Then the general manager saw me getting my new car and came by to see how everything was. The service department is always great and easy to work with. Talk about a oil change, this was way above expectations and now I have the car I wanted a year ago. More

I have been trying to end my lease due to financial problems. I called and got someone who told me just pay it off and turn it in. If I had that kind of money I would not have been trying to end my lease. I called and emailed Mr. Ward about buying my 2009 CRV several times with no response. The last few times I have been there or talked with anybody I was treated pretty badly. I understand the problems with Capital One caused quite a bit of stress for everybody concerned, but that is no reason to be treated like I was carrying the plague. I had learned to expect better from Courtesy Honda and have been very disappointed with my treatment. I sent one email to Coggin Honda about buying my 2009 CRV and receive d a phone call within 20 minutes and they are buying my CRV. They were very happy to help and liked that it only has 22, 000 miles on it and is in very good shape. Apparently Courtesy Honda is not in the business of taking care of long time customers anymore as they have so many sales that they don't need repeat customers. I am very happy to have found Coggin Honda and hope to be doing business with them for a long time. While he did not offer the ultimate best price on the vehicle we were looking for, his level of service and apparent eagerness to earn our business pursuaded us to make the 100 mile drive from Tampa to pick up our new vehicle. Being a loyal Honda customer, I knew what I was getting in terms of quality of the vehicle so my primary focus was not so much on the product itself but in the delivery of service and that's what we received from working with Leon and the rest of the staff at Courtesy Honda. Once we finished the test drive and started to negotiate numbers, there wasn't a lot of back and forth, and the sales manager and Charles presented numbers together. We came to agreement on numbers very quickly without any garbage. We got a very fair price, better than I had been getting quoted online from other dealers, and we left with our new Odyssey about an hour after agreeing.
