I have bought both of my Honda vehicles from this dealership, and continue to have them serviced here because the service department has always been good. Upon my arrival for this visit I was greeted dealership, and continue to have them serviced here because the service department has always been good. Upon my arrival for this visit I was greeted promptly and professionally. My service advisor did an excellent job getting me in and out as quickly as he could. He was personable and informative. The waiting area is not what it once was. There needs to be a bit more creature comforts offered to the customer that is waiting for their vehicle's service to be completed. The new policy that you must have an appointment prior to bringing your vehicle in to be serviced is not a favorite change of mine either as I find it a bit inconvenient due to my work schedule. The website needs to be a bit more customer friendly. Remember not all of your customers are tech savvy. Calling to try to make an appointment or receive information regarding the service is frustrating because there is a tendency to leave the caller on eternal hold. Just my observations and a summary of my personal experiences. Since you asked I am going to take the opportunity to let you know what my thoughts are and where I feel there is room for improvement. I have been to 6 dealers in the last week to lease a car. I did not have good experiences with the most of the other dealerships. I called AutoNation Honda in Sanford, Nancy answered my call and said she or her associate would help me when I came in. Dee (her associate) helped me when I got to the dealership. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had. She showed me many features of my CRV that I didn't even know it had. She was very nice and I felt comfortable dealing with her. Richard the director was very nice and helped me get to the payment I needed to get the car... 2022 Honda CRV! My experience with the finance representative Amyn was great also, he was very knowledgeable and helpful! I am very pleased with the experience I had and will definitely tell anyone looking for a new car to go see Dee at AutoNation Honda in Sanford. More
