This facility needs more human manpower in order to meet a good customer service like it was before. The service was slow and I can feel the workers morale are low. Great sales person(Tony) but have had difficulty getting (or cancelling) services already paid. Staff is friendly. Have not used the service Center other that to learn that window tint person was not comi (or cancelling) services already paid. Staff is friendly. We finally asked for a refund for tinting, which has not arrived.Also cancelled an extended warranty, and am awaiting those rounds to arrive. More
