AutoNation Honda Sanford

We received an Service engine alert at approximately 4:30 P.M. on our HONDA Pilot on Wednesday while visiting in Florida. We had planned to leave Florida for South Carolina on Thursday morning but did not P.M. on our HONDA Pilot on Wednesday while visiting in Florida. We called AutoNation Honda at 4:45 to inquire about the earliest appoint explaining our situation and we were given an appointment for Thursday morning at 7:30. We arrived at 7:29 our HONDA was taken back and we were on the road by 9:00 for Lexington, South Carolina. The staff also was very kind and professional (Joseph was our service man). Thanks to all who helped in this situation. More

My car was taken care of in a timely manner. Bianca was very professional. The only problem I had was in the car wash my right rear view mirror was messed up. Great sales person(Tony) but have had difficulty getting (or cancelling) services already paid. Staff is friendly. Have not used the service Center other that to learn that window tint person was not comi (or cancelling) services already paid. Staff is friendly. We finally asked for a refund for tinting, which has not arrived.Also cancelled an extended warranty, and am awaiting those rounds to arrive. More
