Very unhappy with the service provided. First, upon arrival, I requested a courtesy ride home and was told that the service was not offered on a Saturday. However, while waiting to be pick First, upon arrival, I requested a courtesy ride home and was told that the service was not offered on a Saturday. However, while waiting to be picked up by a friend I noticed that the customer before me who was attended to by the same customer support personnel, got into a courtesy car, and left. Secondly, I was told that the service would take two hours, but it would be four hours later and four disconnected calls before I was able to receive a confirmation to pickup. Upon arrival they were not able to provide a printed bill, I requested that the bill be emailed but one month later it is yet to be received. I find it appalling that you would have the audacity to email me about buying my can let alone to request a review. Very disgruntled customer More
