2nd service trip here within a couple of weeks & actually chose Yanira as my advisor this 2nd time after randomly (luckily) getting her the 1st time. In fact, her recommendation for an eventual transmission fluid change after my 1st trip was why I decided to add that on during my 2nd visit. I rated this dealership a medium only because I keep getting survey’s for a service I didn’t receive. I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed early to drop off the vehicle only to be told I di getting survey’s for a service I didn’t receive. I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed early to drop off the vehicle only to be told I didn’t have an appointment. Although I wasn’t happy I asked another appointment on a Saturday within the next 3 weeks. I was told none were available. I left the service area an went in to ask to speak to a manager. They brought the service manager to help me which he was extremely helpful a made an appointment for the next Saturday. After I left later that day I get a text to my phone thanking me for have my service done with them which kind of made me upset. Because it was my appointment time, my phone number and email but another person name. So it appears to me I had an appointment but someone put it under the wrong name. And all week long I been get request to do a survey for a service I now received and was told I didn’t have an appointment for. Technically they are correct under my name I didn’t have an appointment. Which I’m extremely appreciate the service manager for setting up a new appointment 1 week later. But now I feel like I did something wrong but speaking the the service manager even though I actually had an appointment although not under my name because of an individual from the company not putting down the correct name but used all my information for the appointment I didn’t get. I understand the staffing problems which caused this mistake but it started me looking at other ways or dealerships to get oil changes. I hope my oil change tomorrow goes well. I have alway taking both our vehicle here since we moved to Florida and even bought the wife’s car from them. Which should say allot means I’ve always appreciate the service I have received.
