I had 12:00 appointment for an oil change. I was told my car wouldn’t be ready until 3-3:30!!! I spoke to manager who told me they are short handed. And had over 70 appointments. 3 1/2 hours i I was told my car wouldn’t be ready until 3-3:30!!! I spoke to manager who told me they are short handed. And had over 70 appointments. 3 1/2 hours is ridiculous for a scheduled oil change. So I left. The manager didn’t even try to keep me. More

I have had the best experience here. I’ve been to multiple places not only in florida but Indiana as well and this is by far my favorite!
