This dealership surpassed our expectations. Let me start with the Johnson Brete in the sales department. I had originally called to get a quote and some information regarding a car. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He even went above that and sent me a text message with an out the door price for the car I was originally looking for. When we scheduled an appointment to go in and take a look at a car, we honestly expected to be hounded from the moment we walked in the door. None of that happened. He was very calm, professional and patient in answering all of our questions. We never once felt pressured. And when we decided on a car he walked us through every step and went to bat for us. And again, the patience he demonstrated in showing us all the bells and whistles for our car along with answering our questions AND even volunteering to set up our phones. I'm talking the place was closed and he was still there talking to us, without us ever feeling like we were an inconvenience. Johnson was EXCELLENT and we're so fortunate that he picked up the call. The next shout out goes to Keith Jamsky in the finance department. He was very down to earth and is awesome at his job. Again a very chill no pressure environment. Very friendly and patient when answering our questions and even making recommendations. He didn't just take the first finance offer that was given but looked for the best deal for us, taking in consideration what we told him were our priorities. I've never purchased a car before and honestly didn't know what to expect. I'd heard nothing but horror stories about purchasing in a dealership. I am beyond grateful that I have a different experience to tell. If you can come to Honda Sanford and get Johnson or Keith you will not regret it. We sure don't. And we got a beautiful car in the driveway to prove it! More
I made appointment for an airbag recall fix when I arrived there were 3 reps and none of them will come to ask me what i need done for the day.. finally one appoach me no hello how are you no good mor arrived there were 3 reps and none of them will come to ask me what i need done for the day.. finally one appoach me no hello how are you no good morning... what you need today... i told him i was there for an air bag recall when he see saw i was not going to do anything else he was more short with his words.. I asked when would it be ready. he rudely comment that airbags takes a long time ..i told him i was going to wait... about 3 hours went by.. i called from the lobby of the dealership to check on the status the same advsor that took my car answer rudely he told and i quote i told it will a few hours thats not an easy job to do .. i went ok i was just checking and i asked him are they at least working on it already bother by my questions he told Yes i think so.. i immedtially was annoy that he was talking to me like i was getting in his way... i told him at the end that i had the right to ask about my car status when its getting service even if its for free. and hang up...i dont think that was a great experiance at all... but i could say the girl driving the shuttle is a gem she is so polite nicest girl ever More
I had a scheduled maintenance service appointment, and everything went smoothly. A very attentive young lady (sorry did not catch your name) greeted me and told me Daniel Benoit, my service advisor, would everything went smoothly. Daniel came shortly after and promised a time for the service to be done, and I was not disappointed. They got the car to me in no time and as clean as it was when I dropped it off. I was quoted $1130. 00 to replace starter motor on my 2014 Honda Accord...which would be $1209.00 with sales tax included.
