The gentleman in the finance office was a little bit rude because I didn’t accept the optional protection products he was offering me. A part had to be ordered and when I brought my CR-V in for service, they replaced the part and found some additional problems which they promptly took care of. I'm from out of town and was in desperate need of an oil change. I called for an appointment and they got me in within 2 hours. I was 10 minutes early which wasn't a problem.
