I would like to start by thanking all the people who work at Honda. The service is great from the moment you arrive first you are attended in a timely manner, in a friendly manner and with a welcome qualit at Honda. The service is great from the moment you arrive first you are attended in a timely manner, in a friendly manner and with a welcome quality if they tell you it will take about an hour and a half or two hours you fulfill it and if they see something in your vehicle they let you know and are very clear to tell you how much it would cost and you make the decision whether to do it or not. Fortunately the advisors who also speak Spanish and I did not understand some very specific parts what my car needed and Miss Yanira explained perfectly what I needed and gave me a peace of mind and confidence what I needed to do. And the wait inside was the best there are comfortable armchairs, internet, TV, the bathrooms are always clean, if you want there is coffee, water even Popcorn I think I saw sometime. And the two or three hours I was there I didn't feel like I'm waiting long. Thank you all. John. More
Purchased my Car from this Autonation Dealership and all of the Service work on the Car has been performed at this Dealership. Things have changed from in the past. (would not honor my AutoNation coupon, cu of the Service work on the Car has been performed at this Dealership. Things have changed from in the past. (would not honor my AutoNation coupon, current or expired coupons were previously honored), understand with pandemic and everything. Almost 3 hours for a battery. Service advisor short tempered, said I was slowing him down when inquiring as to when my car would be ready, higher prices ($186.00 for a battery). Not one to complain usually, experiences in the past with this dealership and its personnel has always been positive. Still my favorite Dealership, will come back. More
The dealership has the best knowledge when it comes to servicing your vehicle. However, they charge way too much money for the services so I gave them 3 stars.
