AutoNation Honda Sanford - Service Center

We received an Service engine alert at approximately 4:30 P.M. on our HONDA Pilot on Wednesday while visiting in Florida. We had planned to leave Florida for South Carolina on Thursday morning but did not P.M. on our HONDA Pilot on Wednesday while visiting in Florida. We had planned to leave Florida for South Carolina on Thursday morning but did not want to go that distance without having the alert checked. We called AutoNation Honda at 4:45 to inquire about the earliest appoint explaining our situation and we were given an appointment for Thursday morning at 7:30. We arrived at 7:29 our HONDA was taken back and we were on the road by 9:00 for Lexington, South Carolina. The staff also was very kind and professional (Joseph was our service man). Thanks to all who helped in this situation. More

This facility needs more human manpower in order to meet a good customer service like it was before. The service was slow and I can feel the workers morale are low.
