The advisor Robby or Roddy was extremely verbally abusive. I purchased my vehicle, paid in full at this dealership and this man yelled at me and threatened me. I have escalated this issue to Honda an abusive. I purchased my vehicle, paid in full at this dealership and this man yelled at me and threatened me. I have escalated this issue to Honda and AutoNation via another dealership. It's unacceptable to be treated the way he spoke to me. The next day the car fell apart while I was driving and I nearly crashed. The technician didn't secure the underside of the vehicle after an oil change. I have requested a callback from the GM and haven't heard anything. Honestly, the way this man spoke to me is degrading to women and he shouldn't be allowed to work with the public. More
I recently went in for my air conditioning not working, Joseph was the one that took care of me. He was amazing! He was not only professional and honest, he was also very knowledgeable and patient.
