His level of customer service and the lack of management here showed me they do not care about the customer - their service truly reflected that. I came for an oil change, Kenny never even told me I was ready to wait for the car and left me standing around for several minutes until I decided to go and wait. No big deal. The issue was on my way home, my tire pressure light came on. How could this be, I did an oil change and tore rotation. I called Kenny, left 2 messages and never received a call back. Called to speak a manager, and couldn’t get through… so I got sales on the line, of course. The sale guy said they would get a service manager for me but just left me on hold… Tried to call Autonation and can you believe - there isn’t a phone number anywhere on Autonation’s website for customer support….Really? I would expect the largest publicly-traded car company in our country to want to help their customers and have a customer service # on their website…. Nope, not Autonation, this company, like Honda Sanford, doesn’t care. I am appalled by this Honda location and Autonation in general. Horrible service and no customer service. I do not recommend anyone to bring their car for service, even sales. If anything goes wrong - who will help? Clearly, no one - that’s who More
