I brought my Civic in for maintenance. Oil, tire rotation and cabin filter. The service person told me $100 but didn’t mention labor. I should have asked. The labor was $300. Also they never called me to pick up the car I just drove down right before closing and has to wait one hour to get get my car it ended up costing over $500 total. Just ridiculous. The service person was also rude to boot. When grabbing my key he grabbed a fob with many keys and the only other one looked like mine so I said I think it’s the other one those aren’t my keys. He came back with the wrong car. When I told him it wasn’t my car he actually got mad at me. Which is hilarious. I don’t have the paperwork in front of me. Out of the two keys on the table one looked just like mine. Maybe read the paper more carefully instead of getting upset with the customer. It was completely uncalled for as I was being very patient. They were understaffed. But that’s no excuse for being rude. More

Very unhappy with the service provided. First, upon arrival, I requested a courtesy ride home and was told that the service was not offered on a Saturday. However, while waiting to be picked up by a friend I noticed that the customer before me who was attended to by the same customer support personnel, got into a courtesy car, and left. Secondly, I was told that the service would take two hours, but it would be four hours later and four disconnected calls before I was able to receive a confirmation to pickup. Upon arrival they were not able to provide a printed bill, I requested that the bill be emailed but one month later it is yet to be received. I find it appalling that you would have the audacity to email me about buying my can let alone to request a review. Very disgruntled customer More
