After only two visits to this dealership, I have to say they are the most incompetent people I have worked with in over 50 years. Its not that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing -- the they are the most incompetent people I have worked with in over 50 years. Its not that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing -- the left hand doesn't know that there IS a right hand. They quote wrong prices, wrong delivery times, they can't even adjust headlights. They tell you to bring the wrong materials for service. Even when you are looking at a part and you both see it is wrong, they say it must be right because the computer says so. GIVE ME A BREAK! Don't you have a brain???? More
