I stopped by the dealership on 2 Mar 26, I explained to Imelda that I was having problems trying to make an appointment online. She asked when would you like to bring the car for service? She offered various times, I selected 9:30 on 3 Mar 26. I arrived a little early and was greeted by a fellow who relayed my arrival to Imelda. She did the necessary checks and paperwork then off for service it went. About an hour later the car was done with a courtesy wash. Outstanding crew service. Thank You. More

He made a short video while he had the car up on the rack and sent it to me. He reviewed the video with me and explained the problem. We made a plan for replacement and luckily everything was still covered by the warranty. Before I left they washed my vehicle and sent me on my way! What more could I ask for in a service dealer? This is the second time we have had trouble with the service department at this location. The first time I had a brake job done. I drove away from the dealership and the first time I used the brakes the service department at this location. The first time I had a brake job done. I drove away from the dealership and the first time I used the brakes there was grinding. I took it back and they fixed the problem, but told me the grinding was a result of the wrong size part being used. This time, I went for diagnostics. I was told the fuel injectors needed to be replaced and was told it would be $1800 and be done by the end of the day. I called at 4:45 to see if it was ready for pick up and was told they did not have the parts but they had already taken my car apart, so I would have to wait three days while they ordered the parts. They did not finish until a full week after we dropped off the car. No one called to update us, we had to call and check on the progress every few days. No apologies or customer service. No rental car was offered. My husband had to push them to provide a rental. When I picked it up the bill was for $2400, which was $600 more than what they told me it would be. There was no additional service, no explanation, no apology. After I told them I would not pay the additional charge, they took it off. We will never go back to this dealership for service and we will never buy a car from them. They lost my business for good. More
