The process was good; we had introductions, and we were presented with different options. I suggest making sure they are available to see before trying to show them to us. 2) One thing that really made me feel disappointed (but nonetheless I continued with the purchase) is that we were originally informed that the car I chose included a 100-day warranty or a fixed number of miles (can't remember the number, I think 5k); nevertheless, when we talked to the final sales person (I think his name was Domingo) they said that the car did not include anything. Receiving this contradictory information was frustrating because the 100-day warranty influenced our decision to buy the car. One very good aspect is that the staff (and particularly Dayana) have been very professional and kind. The day they showed me the car, there was a "low tire pressure" sign as a result of the new tires they put. Dayana reached out about how I was doing with the car. I explained the situation, and now they will take a look at the tires next Monday :-) More
