I stopped by the dealership on 2 Mar 26, I explained to Imelda that I was having problems trying to make an appointment online. She asked when would you like to bring the car for service? She offered various times, I selected 9:30 on 3 Mar 26. I arrived a little early and was greeted by a fellow who relayed my arrival to Imelda. She did the necessary checks and paperwork then off for service it went. About an hour later the car was done with a courtesy wash. Outstanding crew service. Thank You. More

He made a short video while he had the car up on the rack and sent it to me. He reviewed the video with me and explained the problem. We made a plan for replacement and luckily everything was still covered by the warranty. Before I left they washed my vehicle and sent me on my way! What more could I ask for in a service dealer?
