I go in for service. I have not been pleased with their automates appointment system. This time they did not have my appointment in their system when I arrived even thoug I have not been pleased with their automates appointment system. I got an oil change and needed the alignment re-checked. Dallas was my service advisor and did not think my warranty covered the arms needed to fix the alignment problem. He kept saying that another custo Dallas was my service advisor and did not think my warranty covered the arms needed to fix the alignment problem. He kept saying that another customer had the same issues and his warranty didn’t cover it. I asked him why it wasn’t covered and he didn’t know and asked another advisor. That advisor actually took the time and said that yes my warranty did in fact cover this repair that Dallas said would cost me $1100! I will make sure that Dallas is not my service advisor the next time I make an appt. John Beeman does a great job and I will make sure he is my next service advisor! More
Very professional and seems to be geared to customer satisfaction. Every department is responsive and ready to help.
