The staff at AutoNation is always so very nice and helpful. John B helped me for my service visit and he was great at explaining what they would check. I was having some scratching noise coming from the brakes. Service tech said pad thickness is fine. Probably just some dust but nothing was done to clean the dust so the noise continued….. for 2000 mi brakes. Service tech said pad thickness is fine. Now I’m in the dealership again to have it fixed only the brakes now pulse when stepped on. So maybe it is worse. More
It seems like every interaction I have with this dealership leaves me dissatisfied with their customer service. Most recently I took my car in for servicing, was told it would take around 2 hours, dealership leaves me dissatisfied with their customer service. Most recently I took my car in for servicing, was told it would take around 2 hours, and after 2.5 hours I'd heard nothing from my service consultant. I had to track her down, whereupon she told me it would probably be another 2 hours. She should have come to me in the waiting room and informed me of this as soon as she knew, giving me the option of taking an Uber home and picking up the car the following day. While I applaud AutoNation for hiring young folks and helping them get a start in the business, they should be carefully trained in customer service. More
