Our service manager carefully reviewed all of the necessary repairs and maintenance needs during the repair and at the end. He explained/ answered all the questions I had. Took my truck in for a minor recall, they checked a warning light and fixed what was under warranty. I didn't know anything was still under warranty and would have taken it elsewhere and paid $700+ for warning light and fixed what was under warranty. I was greeted promptly by John when I dropped my car off, and he outlined my next steps and expected communication from him. He contacted me shortly after I dropped off my vehicle and spoke candidly and clearly about my service needs; he addressed each recommendation from a cost and safety perspective, which I appreciated. My car was done earlier than expected and Omarion was quick and courteous when he picked me up. I'm grateful to the team for taking care of my vehicle and saving me almost $1000 worth of unnecessary services. Thank you! More
