I came in for a A 1 7 maintenance interval service. They checked the alignment which turned out to be off so they took care of that service as well. Went in for dead battery and noise inside right rear compartment. Took almost 4 hours to change battery even though I had an appointment. Then was told they would not have time to check on noise, that compartment. Took almost 4 hours to change battery even though I had an appointment.
