I came in for a A 1 7 maintenance interval service. They checked the alignment which turned out to be off so they took care of that service as well. Went in for dead battery and noise inside right rear compartment. Took almost 4 hours to change battery even though I had an appointment. Then was told they would not have time to check on noise, that compartment. Took almost 4 hours to change battery even though I had an appointment. Then was told they would not have time to check on noise, that I needed to make another appointment for that. Unrelated, but disappointing: they no longer display new cars in the showroom. They have filled that huge space with desks and sales people. More

Auto purchasing was amazing. We scheduled our first oil change on the app which was very easy to use. I guess I thought the point of an appointment was so you didn’t have to wait long periods. I expected an hour wait. The service guy said we had a lot of people show up. How? Recommended me that my requested service (air conditioner compressor) was under recall and recommended me to wait for service unt five star-service.
