I was a little intimated about going to a car dealership but it was the best move I could have done. They were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable every step of the way and left me leaving extrem but it was the best move I could have done. I bought my car here almost 2 months ago, and not only did they sell me a car that never passed smog, I had to drive back up 5 different times just for it to still not pass. I left my car there and after did they sell me a car that never passed smog, I had to drive back up 5 different times just for it to still not pass. I left my car there and after 3 days, and over 400 miles they decided to finally change the o2 sensor. When I picked my car up I found fast food trash in my back seat. When I brought this up they just said "oh ill let someone know" It wasn't until I got home and moved back the passenger seat did I discover cigarette ash and spit out sunflower seeds. I have emailed, called and even opened a case with corporate, and I have yet to hear anything back from this dealership. Just be aware when you take your car in for service. More
