Bought a new car here on June 14. Sales process was smooth, but everything afterward has been frustrating and unprofessional. I canceled a warranty add-on on June 16. Despite multiple follow-ups and two emails from the general manager looping in her finance team (I was cc’d both times), I’ve received no confirmation and no refund. The finance team has not responded once. The dealership also hasn’t deposited the loan check from my lender, even though they received the funding code on June 15. It’s now June 25th. Still no action, no update. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the lack of follow-through on two basic financial matters, after nearly two weeks, is unacceptable. A good sales experience doesn’t matter if everything after the sale falls apart. More
