We look young and no one wanted to greet us initially, Christian Soltero stepped up and helped my partner and I. He was very kind, helpful and patient with us. He made sure all paperwork was in order. He asked us questions to make sure we got what we wanted and were comfortable with our new car. His Manager - Sanjay helped us along the way as well. I had an over all great experience with my salesman. However the process after signing and taking my vehicle home was horrible. A lid in the trunk was missing which I found ridiculous since it’s a brand However the process after signing and taking my vehicle home was horrible. A lid in the trunk was missing which I found ridiculous since it’s a brand new car it shouldn’t be missing anything and till today I still haven’t received that back piece. Also I get a call two days after having the vehicle about needing a co-signer. What I was pretty much put through was called spot delivery. They make it seem like yes your approved and then they just cross their fingers and wait till the bank opens Monday and see if your application will go through. I never had such poor experience at any dealership I would’ve loved if they had just been straight up from the beginning and just said you need a co-signer instead of making me sign the contract and making it seem like everything is good to go when it wasn’t. And then I will follow up on a daily with them to find out what’s going to happen and no one had a clear answer and when they did they never even had the nerve to give me a call to let me know everything has been fixed. I had to be the one to call and find out for myself. Being pregnant and having a daily migraine over this was definitely not the experience I thought I would’ve received from this dealership. More
