Nicholas was very polite and patient, even though the visit didn't turn out the way I had anticipated. Wait area has more amenities (the water is a nice touch) and I'm glad the shuttle is up and running visit didn't turn out the way I had anticipated. However, the shuttle was driven by a cashier who could not even follow her GPS (which she had on her lap!) and we ended up going around in circles for a while. Also, there's no shuttle back to the dealership after my car is repaired, which left me somewhat in the lurch. Luckily, my neighbor was home and willing to give me a ride. More
