Inconsistent. Scheduler sent text as reminder when service would take place. Day of service. Advisor says oh I see your appointment for next week. Advisor says Will take two hours. So I wait in waiting room. Air filter needs replacement. 2.5 hours later. Excuse me how much longer. New advisor say my advisor is at lunch and by they way your car is has been ready. Mind you I’ve sat 5 hours now Long story short. Honda, really the helpful people? Jason was courteous, quick and thorough. This review is specifically in regards to their service “coordinators”, the individuals you speak to when calling to make an appt, and their scheduling. I made an appt via phone. A week later I get a email that my appt was canceled. I call to figure out what’s going on, I’m told their system randomly cancels appts that look fake? No idea what that even means. She tells me it’ll be reinstated. I received the confirmation via email. It’s now at a totally different time. I call back a third time and they advise, confirmation is now correct. Frustrating not even a sorry for the inconvenience or anything from the girl I spoke with… 3 calls to get 1 correct appt is wild. May be worth looking into your scheduling systems and processes. More
