I had a wonderful experience, Jason took good care of me. I was there when the shop opened and was out by approximately 9:15 a.m. I was kept updated on what was going on and about how long it would take. Understaffed, arrived Ontime for appointment and was told it would take 4-5 hours for an oil change Was also told I needed engine and cabin filter at a cost of $150. This was outrageous price gouging. Air f it would take 4-5 hours for an oil change Was also told I needed engine and cabin filter at a cost of $150. This was outrageous price gouging. Air filter takes literally 30 seconds to replace, and cabin filter 2 minutes. Needless to say I declined, doing business like this leaves a bad taste in your mouth. More
