We originally went to Galpin Honda in Mission Hills and dealt with Sanjeev Kumar. I put $500 down to reserve the 2023 Honda HR-V Sport that I wanted in Enhanted Forest Pearl (Green). He xxxxxxxxxxx us and said he sold my car to someone else because I didn't pick up the car right away. They refunded me my full down. That made me so upset so I started calling other dealerships. AutoNation Honda Valencia was the only dealership who had the color I wanted in the model I wanted. I reserved my name for the car and got it. Bryan ran our credit, reviewed the car features with me, and was amazing throughout the process. Mind you, he got into a car accident the day we picked up my car, and he still went to work! Susi was great too, and we got a good discount for my monthly. Any revisions that needed to be made, she did in real time. I'd recommend anyone to go here, especially if you're a first-time buyer. Came in to have my Honda Accord Hybrid serviced for regular maintenance. The wait time was long but it was explained to me ahead of time the reason for this, which in my opinion was valid. Nothing co regular maintenance. The wait time was long but it was explained to me ahead of time the reason for this, which in my opinion was valid. Nothing could have been done about it. So I made the decision to continue with the maintenance. The car was completed at the appropriate time and I it was great. About 20 minutes after I left, the service representative called me and apologized. He said the technician told him that he forgot to do something and asked if I could come back. I agreed and he told me to come right to him and not wait. I did so and he personally drove the car to the technician and was back with the car within 10-15 minutes. He was extremely courteous from start to finish and very apologetic for the mishap (though it was miniscule and not his error). I am very happy with their service and recommend them highly. More
